A recipe with the fresh bitterness of a high-altitude Japanese Yuzu, highlighted by a Gentian Infusion and a Bergamot Infusion in Sicilian Lemon juice.

An organic concentrate to dilute, without added flavors and with multiple uses: in shots, diluted with sparkling water, in cocktails, mocktails, or in cooking.

The perfect dosage: 40ml of Le Yuzu Concentrate and 160ml of sparkling water.
