Return Policy

According to Lithuanian law, food products (including juices, jams, sauces, etc.) are not refundable, except in cases where:

- The product was damaged during transportation
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has manufacturing defects (spoiled, damaged packaging, etc.)

If the delivered product does not meet quality standards, please contact us within 3 business days at: welcome@unumbox.lt and provide:

- Order number
- Photos showing the defects
- A brief description

In justified cases, the product may be replaced or a refund issued.
