Bloody Mary cocktail by Alain Milliat

The Bloody Mary (with red tomato)

An intense red, a rich texture, a hint of spice – the Bloody Mary remains a timeless classic for autumn and winter gatherings.

Our version, more natural and balanced, highlights the powerful and subtly salty character of our Jus Tomate Rouge, bringing warmth and depth to the season’s aperitifs.

Ingredients:

• 100 ml of Red tomato juice

• 40 ml of vodka

• 10 ml of yellow lemon juice

• 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

• 1 dash of Tabasco sauce

• 1 pinch of salt

• 1 celery stick

•  Ice cubes

Preparation:

1.    In a Highball glass filled with ice, add all the ingredients.
2.    Gently mix with a mixing spoon.
3.    Serve with a celery stick or a slice of lemon.

Non-alcoholic variation: Have fun with our collection of tomatoes for red or green cocktail! Try its non-alcoholic version by replacing the vodka with a dash of fresh ginger juice or a few drops of lemon nectar for a lively, aromatic twist.

Seasonal Tip: Add a sprig of rosemary or a few pink peppercorns for a fragrant, wintery touch. It enhances the tomato’s warmth and gives a refined seasonal aroma.

The Tequila Sunrise

A red gradient over an amber background… this timeless classic evokes autumn sunsets and cozy winter evenings.

Simple yet full of fruit and warmth, it’s the perfect cocktail to delight your guests, featuring our Spanish Blonde Orange Juice

Ingredients:

• 120 ml of Spanish Blonde Orange Juice

• 40 ml of tequila

• 20 ml of grenadine syrup

• Ice cubes

Preparation:

1. In a Highball glass filled with ice, first pour the tequila, then the Late Orange Juice from Spain.
2. Gently mix, then add the grenadine by pouring it slowly to achieve a beautiful gradient effect.
3. Serve with a slice of orange for the finishing touch.

Non-alcoholic variation: Try its alcohol-free version by replacing the tequila with a splash of white grape juice or a hint of ginger nectar. It keeps the smooth texture and warmth of the original, while enhancing the fruity depth of the orange and grenadine — for a refined, comforting twist this season.

Seasonal Tip: rim the glass with brown sugar and cinnamon, or garnish with a slice of dried orange — for a warm, elegant touch of autumn and winter.

Almost translucent, delicately floral – our variation of the Lychee Nectar Daiquiri captures the soft light of autumn afternoons and winter evenings.

A cocktail full of subtlety, sweetness, and quiet elegance.

• 60 ml of Nectar Litchi

• 30 ml of white rum
