The collection of varietal grape juices

Alain Milliat is one of the few to offer a complete collection of single-varietal grape juices, from emblematic varieties:

• White Chardonnay: floral and honeyed, with a nice acidity
• Red Merlot: round, ample, with notes of black fruits
• Sauvignon Blanc: fresh, herbaceous, slightly lemony
• Cabernet Rosé: fruity, floral, very refreshing

These varietal juices offer a truly aromatic depth, while retaining the naturalness of the fruit. Served in wine glasses, they are the perfect accompaniment to a high-end cheese platter, for an alcohol-free yet gourmet experience.

Our best juice and cheese pairings

Fresh or matured goat cheeses

Fresh, tangy, sometimes slightly herbaceous, they call for juices that are both lively and floral.

Pair with:

Sauvignon Blanc Grape Juice: lively, floral, slightly vegetal, it prolongs the goat aromas without dominating them. Ideal for balancing an ash goat cheese.

Cox's Apple Juice: with its elegant acidity, it is perfect for milder or semi-dry cheeses such as fresh goat's cheese.

Aged Hard Cheeses (such as Džiugas, Parmesan, Grana Padano)

Round, melting and delicately nutty or fruity, these cheeses pair beautifully with the richness and maturity of a well-expressed fruit.

Perfect pairing:

Red Merlot Grape Juice: round, generous and fruity, it enhances the complexity of an aged Džiugas without overpowering its aroma.

Fresh Cheeses (such as Ricotta, Cottage Cheese, Mozzarella)

Light, delicately milky and refreshing – these cheeses pair beautifully with fruity, floral, or slightly tangy juices.

Perfect pairings:

Pear Juice: delicate and refreshing – perfect alongside mild cottage cheese or creamy ricotta.

Raspberry Nectar: intense, fruity and slightly tart – contrasts beautifully with the creamy sweetness of mozzarella or burrata.

Soft Cheeses with a Bloomy Rind (such as Brie, Camembert, or Truffle Cheese)

Smooth and creamy, with a subtle bitterness depending on maturity – these cheeses call for fresh and gently sweet fruit notes.

Perfect pairings:

Chardonnay White Grape Juice: floral with a long honeyed finish – adds elegance to Brie or Camembert, refreshing the palate while highlighting their creamy texture.

Pippin Apple Juice: softly acidic – perfectly balances richer cheeses such as Brie with truffles.
