Inspired by the desire to bring people together around drinks made from natural ingredients, Alain Milliat has created a new collection of non-alcoholic concentrates, rich in intense flavor and pure enjoyment.

Yuzu Concentrate
Discover the Yuzu concentrate, made from yuzu grown in the highlands of Japan. Yuzu is valued for its bright, citrus-forward flavor. A refreshing recipe with a light bitterness, enhanced with gentian and bergamot infusions and balanced with Sicilian lemon juice.
Naturally bitter gentian root is traditionally used to aid digestion and stimulate appetite. This is an excellent product to enjoy as a shot, as an aperitif or digestif, to prepare cocktails, or to mix with sparkling water.

Ginger Concentrate
Discover the Ginger concentrate, made from “aged” ginger sourced from eastern Madagascar, combined with the warmth of Bird’s Tongue chili, softened by a verbena infusion and balanced with Sicilian lime juice. This ginger concentrate is perfectly suited for everyday use: cocktails, non-alcoholic drinks, sweet and savory cuisine, mixed with sparkling water, or enjoyed as a shot.

Passion Fruit Concentrate
An intense and refreshingly tangy flavor, highlighting yellow Madagascan passion fruit (maracuja), combined with a hint of black pepper and the freshness of Sicilian lime. Perfect for tropical non-alcoholic cocktails, ceviche, or fruit-based desserts.

Our concentrates are produced in France, in our workshop located in the Drôme region. They are completely natural and organic — the pure power of real fruit, without flavorings and without artificial ingredients.

Fruits grown outside of France are transported exclusively by sea, in order to reduce the carbon footprint.
